Our pre-legal debt recovery service has been built on the foundation of years of experience working with clients from every sector of the economy. We understand how important cash flow is to a business and we strongly believe that as you provide products and services to your customers, it’s only right those services should be paid for.
SMEs wrote off £5.8bn of debt in 2015 and we don't want you to write off your debts! Our pre-legal debt recovery service has been designed to be risk free and without any upfront costs. Debts are recovered on a "no win, no fee" basis - we only charge a commission on payments received from your debtors. This commission is deducted at source from the monies we pass to you - so there shouldn't be an invoice to pay on these recoveries. If we are unsuccessful you won't pay us a penny.
Some businesses don't want to instruct a debt recovery company because of the potential costs involved and then end up writing off the debt. But even if a debt recovery company charged you 20% commission, you'd still receive 80% of the money back - and 80% is better than nothing!
