If we have to resort to legal action to recover your money, here are the typical fees which are charged by the courts and/or solicitors to do the legal work. We pass these costs on directly to you, and we ask you to pay court fees and solicitors costs up-front so that we may pay the solicitors. Commission is charged on all monies recovered at your normal rate plus 5%.
